The term refers to the legal practice of law relating to corporations, or to the theory of corporations.

A real estate contract is a contract between parties for the purchase and sale, exchange, or other conveyance of real estate.

Tax Dispute means any contention by a Tax authority (including by way of the issuance of any assessment or correspondence) that a liability to Tax may arise or that a Tax Relief may not be available;

John D. Maxey, the shareholder, has been representing taxpayers since 1976. Mr. Maxey also handles bankruptcy, including the discharge of back taxes.

Mr. Maxey is an attorney and a retired lecturer for UC Davis as well as the Department of Accountancy at California State University at Sacramento. Mr. Maxey has been representing taxpayers since 1976 involving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax agencies. Mr. Maxey also handles bankruptcy, including the discharge of back taxes. Estate planning and the preparation of living trusts are also an area of expertise of Mr. Maxey.
